When you submit the consultation form on this site we collect the name, email address, phone number, company name and any message you provide. Our web server records standard log data including IP address, browser type and pages requested.
If we go on to work together, we collect the financial and business records necessary to perform the engagement. That information is governed by our engagement letter and by the professional confidentiality obligations that apply to it, not by this website policy.
How we use it
Form submissions are used to respond to your enquiry, to schedule a consultation and to provide the services you ask about. Server logs are used to keep the site secure and to understand how it is used in aggregate.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us operate the site and our practice, and who are bound to use it only for that purpose, or where disclosure is required by law.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies that are necessary for it to function. If analytics or advertising tools are in use, they may set additional cookies that record how you arrived at the site and which pages you viewed. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.
Retention and security
Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the contact, and is then deleted. Client records are retained for the periods required by professional and tax record-keeping rules. We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to retain it. Write to hello@therockflow.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Residents of certain states have additional rights under state privacy law, including the right to know what categories of personal information have been collected and the right to opt out of any sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in that legislation.
